Thank you Bobby for the insight. I took your advice and held down the 2 button on the steering wheel to reset the computer. Everything loaded up and now, CCS ENABLED!!!
First time I’ve seen this.  It appears the firmware is having problems loading the firmware for the ECU for some reason.  This is strictly between ECU and firmware as the ECU hasn’t booted up to check the signals from the charge port or bundle of wires.  I would try reseating the connections at the ECU to make sure there’s a good connection and then reboot and reload the software.Â
